Supervision

A safe, supportive space to reflect and grow

Are you looking for a clinical supervisor who brings warmth, humanity and clarity? Supervision with me starts with contracting - setting-out aims and boundaries, getting to know each other, and creating a safe, confidential time where you can explore your work openly.

How I Work

I’m a reflexive and reflective practitioner. In supervision, I’m alongside you with awareness and intent, looking at the whole picture - counsellor, client, and the relationship between you. I use both my supervisory and counselling skills to support your practice and help you grow. Sessions are available face-to-face in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, or online anywhere in the UK.

What Supervision Offers

Supervision is a collaborative space for:

  • Learning and reflection

  • Thinking through challenges

  • Gaining perspective and confidence

What to Expect

This is a safe, kind and well-boundaried environment where you can:

  • Admit slip-ups without judgement

  • Celebrate your wins

  • Ask questions freely

  • Laugh and feel at ease

I see supervision as a two-way process. I hope you’ll learn from me, but I also learn a great deal from supervisees. My continuing curiosity about counselling and coaching goes far beyond CPD hours - it’s about real-life learning, shared openly.

My Approach and Values

At the heart of what I do is a deep interest in people and a commitment to supporting counsellors and coaches to succeed. It’s a genuine joy to see supervisees become more accomplished, confident, and comfortable in both their work and themselves.

Neurodivergent-Affirming Supervision

As a neurodivergent therapist (ADHD), I find real focus and joy in supervision. Many of my supervisees are also neurodivergent, and I offer a neuro-affirming space where you can bring your whole self without needing to over-explain.
