Each session is a private, supportive space where you can talk about whatever’s on your mind. I’ll listen, reflect, and be alongside you without judgment.
There’s no set script—you decide what feels important to bring.

Yes, confidentiality is a key part of counselling. What you share stays between us, with only a few legal exceptions which I’ll explain clearly at the start.
My aim is to create a safe and trusted space for you.

It’s an approach that places you at the centre of the work. I won’t give you quick fixes or advice. Instead, I offer empathy, acceptance, and honesty so you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and find your own way forward. The integrative part means that I may offer tools and knowledge I have gained if I feel it will be of benefit.

I’d say I offer Psychotherapeutic Counselling…you may start wanting a few sessions but may decide to continue and do deeper work.
Counselling addresses specific problems or significant life events, such as grief or a difficult relationship. Generally short-term, providing immediate support. Offers a safe space to talk, gain insight, and develop strategies to manage current situations and behavioral changes. May involve guiding, supporting, and educating clients to find solutions to problems.
Psychotherapy explores underlying thoughts, feelings, and experiences that contribute to emotional difficulties and complex mental health conditions. Typically a long-term process aimed at uncovering the root causes of problems. To achieve personal growth and transformation by understanding the roots of problems and changing patterns of thought and behaviour. Involves a deeper, sometimes free-form process, allowing the therapist to customize the approach based on the client's needs.
