AI, are you thinking about it?
Have you tried using AI to help with your mental health or is AI on your mind?
I've worked with several people recently who have said they asked ChatGPT for answers about how they're feeling and some ideas about what to do;
I've worked with people who are very afraid of Large Language Models such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, they fear this automation will take over, their jobs may be lost;
I've worked with those who are worried about the environmental impact of the huge servers used for AI like ChatGPT;
I've worked with people who are a bit baffled by the sudden use of AI in work and wonder if they should care.
All these things and more come up in my therapy room, so when I say 'bring yourself, talk about what's really bothering you', I mean it.
Whatever is on your mind is valid, your thoughts are important and may well be helped by talking things through with someone who is unbiased and won't judge or mock your concerns.
