My commitment is to my clients wellbeing and with this in mind, there will be no face-to-face meetings for the time being. I offer sessions using Skype or Zoom.
With online work, we set a time and then I call you to join the meeting, you will need a laptop, tablet or phone with a camera. You will also need a private space so that we can talk freely without interruption.
I am committed to regular therapy with my clients, however if you are ill what is most important is that you rest and get well, we can talk in our sessions about how to manage this and plan a therapeutic break if required.
